How do I track my order?
We will email you your tracking number within 1-2 days after your order has been shipped out.
Kindly ensure that you provide us with the correct email address upon checking out.
Why is my tracking number is not traceable?
Tracking number will usually be traceable within 24hours it has been processed by the courier.
Should your tracking number remains untraceable after 24 hours, kindly contact our customer service team and we will be happy to sort it out for you.
I received damaged items, please help!
If you noticed that your item has been damaged during delivery, kindly contact us within 24hours via whatsapp.
